Care Fees Planning
Either going into residential care or having a family member needing residential care is a difficult period and getting the best advice is important. If the prospective resident fails the means testing then advice is necessary to make sure that their care fees are covered for life and ideally to protect their estate as much as possible.
Equity Release
Equity release refers to a range of products letting you access the equity (cash) tied up in your home if you are over the age of 55. You can take the money you release as a lump sum or, in several smaller amounts or as a combination of both.
